The Ant and the Dove
Once there lived an ant and a dove in a forest. They were passing their days very cheerfully. But they did not know each other. One day the ant became very thirsty and started looking for water to drink. Beside the forest, there was a small river. The ant went to the bank of the river and try to drink water. All on a sudden, a strong flow swift it away. It falls into real trouble and was about to die.
At that time a dove was singing sitting on the branch of a tree. It noticed the helpless condition of the ant. It felt pity for the ant and left a leaf on the water. The ant climbed onto the leaf. The dove flew down and took the leaf over water and drop it on the ground. At last, the ant became safe. After that, the ant and the dove became a good friend. A few days later, a hunter came to the forest and found the dove on the same tree. He aimed his bow to the dove. At that time the ant noticed everything. It spotted there as soon as possible and bit severely on the foot of the hunter. Being bitten by the ant the hunter could not shoot the arrow right target. As a result, the dove could fly away. Thus the ant repaid its owe to the dove.
Moral of the story: From this story, we learn that we should be kind to all of the creatures and come forward to the helpless at the time of distress or trouble.

One day an ant was searching the water for being thirst. It found a river following into a forest. It went to the water label and tried to drink. Suddenly, a long wave floated it away from the bank. As a result, it’s life fall in great danger. It tried, again and again, to reach to the bank but failed. A dove was taking rest sitting on a branch of a tree beside the bank. It found the critical situation of the ant. So, it dropped a leaf on the water. The ant got on it and reached the bank of the river. It felt gratitude to the dove for saving its life.
One day at noon, a hunter came into the forest and aimed his arrow to the dove. This time the ant was there and it realized the danger of the dove. It went promptly to the hunter and bit him in his leg. The hunter missed his aim and the dove flew away. In this way, the ant saved the life of dove and became a true friend.

An Ant And A Dove Story: An ant was feeling very thirsty. So, the ant went to the nearby stream to drink some water. All of a sudden, a wave washed the ant to the bank and carried it away into the stream. Then a dove was sitting on a tree beside the stream. So the dove saw the helpless ant. The dove took a wet leaf from the branch and dropped it into the water.
The ant climbed onto the leaf. It floated back safely to the bank. Shortly afterward, there appeared a bird-catcher. The dove drew his attention. He fixed his arrow toward the bird. The ant understood the bird catcher’s intention. He stung the bird-catcher on his foot. The bird-catcher shouted out in pain. He threw down the bow. The dove was alarmed and flew away.

AN ANT AND A DOVE STORY 2 :
Once upon a time there lived a dove in the bush of a wood. There were also some ants surrounding the bush. One day an ant came down from the bush and was seeking food on the bank of a pond. Suddenly a strong wind blew and the ant fell on the water. The ant tried its level best to reach the bank of the pond. But all its efforts went in vain. It failed to get ashore.
At one point, it lost all hopes of life and was about to be drowned. At that time, the dove was seated in the branch of a tree from where he saw the miserable condition of the ant. He took pity on the little ant. Then he carried a straw by his beak and dropped it on the water. The negligible straw dropped by the dove proves a perfect life saving device for the ant. It creeped and caught hold of it and saved its life.
The ant became very much grateful to the dove. It made up its mind if it got any chance to help the dove, it would even risk its life for that. However, a few days later, once the ant saw a person with his gun to shoot the dove. The ant at once co, realize that its helping friend was in danger. So, it went to the man and creeped leg. The moment when the man was about to shoot, the ant bit his leg.
This drew much of the attention of the man. So, he missed his target. The dove got the chance to fly away. Thus, a mere ant saved a dove’s life. They became good friends.
